BridgePay Network Solutions, our payment processor for utility water payments, is currently experiencing a nationwide service disruption. As a result, the Utility Billing online payment portal is temporarily unavailable. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for when service will be restored.
Customers may continue to make payments in the following ways:
-In person with cash or check at City Hall, located at 122 Broadway Street, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5p p.m.
-Using the payment drop boxes located at City Hall
-Mail in payment
At this time, the City is not able to accept credit or debit card payments, either online or in the office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. This notice will be removed once the issue has been resolved.
